You agree that by accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, dashboard layouts, widget styles, and other content on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. The Content is provided on the App "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3. APP FUNCTIONALITY DISCLAIMER
The App includes dashboard customization and widget personalization features that allow users to create custom layouts, upload images, and modify visual dashboard elements.
While we strive to provide accurate previews and high-quality customization tools, the displayed dashboard layouts and visual outputs may vary depending on device compatibility, screen resolution, system limitations, and software updates.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for discrepancies between in-app previews and external display environments.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. As a user of the App, you agree not to:
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, including scripts or bots.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
We are not responsible for billing issues handled directly by Apple’s payment systems.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
